Standard rate - Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the7 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of First nights stay.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
Booking Process
To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, no third parties are allowed access to the house at any time.
To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid one week before your stay of the value of one room night per room
Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.
WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.
The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
Our Right to Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached. You will be refunded if a cancellation is due to The Ganton Greyhound
Parking
We have free onsite parking for guest if the car park is full, it is not our reasonability to find one for you. We take no responsibility for any damage made to cars during your stay.
Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, vapes, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas in the car park at the front of the building, as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds and is in accordance with the Health Act 2006. Any Evidence of any of the above on site will come with a fine for the extra cleaning and eviction. If evidences of smoking has been taken a £200 fine will be charged to your card
Pets & Service Dogs
We accept well behaved dogs for the additional fee of £20 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. The dogs are only allowed in your room, the beer garden, the bar and the lounge however dog cannot be left alone at any time. We are surrounded by place for dog to got for walks and bathroom breaks so please do not let dogs go in the rooms. As much as we love dogs, we ask they are kept of all furniture times.
CCTV
All of the outside of the building is covered by CCTV this is for both your safety and ours. The Camaras are not actively monitored but are checked at random and key times of the day/night
Furnishings
No furnishings are to be moved or removed from the property, no pictures are to be taken down, no beds, tables, cupboards or drawers to be moved location. Anything missing will be charged to the person who made the booking.
Liability
When making your booking with Sunny Side Holdings NW Limited you are taking full responsibility for yourself and everybody in your party. If anybody is to hurt themselves or damage any of their belongings in anyway in the hotel Sunny Side Holdings NW Limited take no liability. It is your responsibility to check for any dangers on site and make the decision whether or not you want use any product or machinery accepting any consequences.
Noise and Occupancy
The Ganton Greyhound is a hotel and this means we need to have respectable noise level set form 22:00, in order to respect the neighbouring guests and properties. This means no loud music. The property is restricted to only having the number of people in the building that’s held on the booking at any given time.
